How to get to the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is located at Rua Sacramento à Lapa 52A, 1200-829, Lisbon. The most convenient option from the airport is our transfer service. Alternatively, you can simulate another route here.
Which public transport is closest to the hotel?
A few minutes away, buses 773, 774 and 25E are available.
Do you have parking at the accommodation?
We do not provide parking. For more information about the nearest parking options, contact us directly through jardimdalapa@shiadu.pt
Is it possible to have an early check-in?
Early check-in is subject to availability and can only be confirmed on the same day. If that's not possible, we'll be happy to store your bags for free so you can start exploring the city!
Is it possible to have a late check-out?
Late check-out until 14h00 costs € 20 and can be requested directly at the front desk. Subject to confirmation by our front desk team.
Are towels available for the pool?
Yes! Just ask us at the front desk.
Is it necessary to reserve sunbeds?
Sunbeds are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If they are all occupied, you can use the benches or green spaces in the garden!
Is the pool heated?
The pool has a temperature regulation system and is normally between 22 and 24 degrees.

Can we invite friends who are not staying at the hotel to use the pool?
The pool and premises are for the exclusive use of our guests. If you want to invite someone, you should check this possibility directly with our team.

Is it possible to smoke in the hotel premises?
Smoking is allowed in a designated area.
Do you have a restaurant at the hotel?
We do not have a restaurant, however we do have a bar menu available with a selection of products.
Does breakfast have vegan or gluten/ lactose free options?
If you have any dietary restrictions, please leave this information in your reservation and inform us again during your check-in.
What is your group policy?
Groups of 4 or more rooms are subject to additional conditions and confirmation by the Reservations Department.
