How to get to Casa do Pátio from the airport?
The accommodation is located at Travessa do Caldeira 19, 1200-084, Lisbon. The most convenient option from the airport is our transfer service. Alternatively, you can simulate another route here.
What is the closest public transport to the accommodation?
A few minutes away, bus 774 and tram 25E and 28E are available. The nearest metro station is Baixa-Chiado (blue/green line).
Do you have parking at the accommodation?

Does the accommodation have an elevator?
Casa do Pátio does not have an elevator given its setting and the rooms are located around a traditional patio.
Where are the superior 1-bedroom apartments located?
The apartments are located in a typical building, just outside the patio, between the 2nd and 4th floor. Access to the apartments is via stairs.
Do you carry our luggage to the room or apartment?
Our team will be happy to accompany you to your room or apartment on the day of check-in, and if possible they may help you, however it's the guests' responsibility to carry their own belongings.
Do you have rooms with a view?
Most rooms have direct access and views to the patio. Some apartments have city views.
How are the family rooms set up?
We have family rooms with a single room and a shared bathroom, and family rooms with two smaller rooms, guaranteeing more privacy, and a shared bathroom.
Can I request a specific room?
If you have a preference for a particular room, you can request it and we will take the request into account, without guarantee. The only guarantee we can give is that you will have a room from the category booked.
Is it possible to have separate beds?

Is it possible to do an early check-in?
Early check-in is subject to availability and can only be confirmed on the same day. If this is not possible, we will be happy to store your bags for free so you can start exploring the city!
How can I access my room if I arrive after front desk hours?
You must inform us in advance of your arrival time so that we can provide you with information on how to proceed. Outside the front desk opening hours we have an emergency number available at the entrance of the accommodation and in relevant areas.
Is it possible to have a late check-out?
Late check-out until 14h00 costs € 20 and can be requested directly at front desk. Subject to confirmation by our front desk team.
Is it possible to smoke in the accommodation premises?
Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.
Do you have a restaurant at the accommodation?
We do not have a restaurant, however we do have a bar menu available with some selected products.
Does breakfast have vegan or gluten/ lactose free options?
