How to reach Casa do Jasmim from the airport?
The accommodation is located at Rua do Jasmim, 19, 1200-228, Lisbon. The most convenient option from the airport is our transfer service. Alternatively, you can simulate another route here.
What is the closest public transport to the accommodation?
Bus 758 and tram 24E are available just a few minutes away. The nearest metro station is Rato (yellow line).
Do you have parking at the accommodation?
We do not provide parking. For more information about the nearest parking options, please contact us directly through casadojasmim@shiadu.pt
Does the accommodation have an elevator?
Casa do Jasmim is composed of two traditional buildings, each with 4 floors, and the rooms, front desk and breakfast room are only accessible by stairs, with no elevator.
Do you have rooms on the ground floor?
2 of the 25 rooms are on the ground floor. If you have reduced mobility and have a preference, you must inform us in advance so that we can check whether it is possible to allocate or guarantee one of these rooms.
Do you have rooms with balcony?
Yes, in the "Double Room with Balcony" category.
Do you have rooms equipped with a kitchen?
Yes, all suites in the "Junior Suite" category have an equipped kitchenette and a seating area.
How are the family rooms set up?
Family rooms consist of 2 bedrooms, offering greater comfort and privacy, and a shared bathroom.
Can I request a specific room?
If you have a preference for a particular room, in the category you booked, you can request it and we will take the request into account, without guarantee. The only guarantee we can give is that you will have a room from the category booked.
Is it possible to have separate beds?
If it is possible to have separate beds, a baby bed or an extra bed, you can find this information in the description of each room category here.
Is it possible to do an early check-in?
Early check-in is subject to availability and can only be confirmed on the same day. If this is not possible, we will be happy to store your bags for free so you can start exploring the city!
How can I access my room if I arrive after front desk hours?
You must inform us in advance of your arrival time so that we can provide you with information on how to proceed. If you have difficulty accessing the accommodation or finding your room, despite our instructions, you can contact our emergency number, available at the entrance of the accommodation and in the email/ message sent by our team.
Is it possible to have a late check-out?
Late check-out until 14h00 costs € 20 and can be requested directly at the front desk. Subject to confirmation by our front desk team.
Is it possible to smoke in the accommodation premises?
Smoking is not permitted.
Do you have a restaurant at the accommodation?
We do not have a restaurant, however we do have a bar menu available with some selected products.
Does breakfast have vegan or gluten/ lactose free options?
If you have any dietary restrictions, please leave this information in the comments of your reservation and remind us during your check-in.
What is your group policy?
Groups of 4 or more rooms are subject to additional conditions and confirmation by the Reservations Department.
